Our mobile charcuterie bar is available throughout McAllen and the entire Rio Grande Valley, from Mission, Edinburg, and Pharr out to Brownsville. A travel fee applies to events outside 50 miles.

For the mobile cart, we recommend booking at least 5 to 7 days in advance, and earlier for larger events or busy weekends. Grazing boxes and platters require 48 hours notice.
We're available throughout McAllen and the entire Rio Grande Valley, from Mission, Edinburg, and Pharr out to Brownsville.
Your charcuterie experience includes premium ingredients, professional presentation, all necessary serving utensils, plates, napkins, and setup. We handle everything so you can enjoy your event.
The mobile grazing experience has a 40 guest minimum. Petite Graze boxes have a minimum of 10.
Lavender Graze Co. has a carefully curated selection of ingredients to choose from for your event. Should the need arise for substitutions, there may be an extra charge depending on availability.
If your event is more than 30 days out, we will require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Anything within 30 days will be required to pay a 50% deposit to hold the date, and the second payment will be due 48 hours before the event date.
